To be
eligible to be awarded points in this event a player must be a financial
member of a SWDLGA Inc., affiliated
club
and
must indicate their SW club on the entry form.

Points
will be awarded to the District players who return the best scores in
18 Hole individual events- as nominated by clubs. If the club
has nominated a 36-hole competition, the two 18 hole rounds are to be
regarded as SEPARATE Merit Award Events. Nett scores in stroke events,
best scores in par, and highest points in stableford competitions.

NO POINTS
WILL BE AWARDED TO MEMBERS OF THE HOST CLUB. (Please be aware

In the
event of a tie, in a daily event, a countback is to be done in accordance
with the recommendation of GA

In the
event of a tie for the Merit Award the player who has scored points in the
most events will be declared the winner. In the event of a further tie the
player with the most 5 points, then 4 points etc. will be declared the
winner

To
be eligible to win merit award points motorised transport
is prohibited unless a Doctors Certificate is produced to the host club

Once a
player has won a MERIT AWARD BROOCH she is ineligible to win another-
however, a suitable reward will be given
