QUALIFYING round of 18 Hole Stroke
to be played by 2 November

Players may qualify for only one club and in one event 

If there is a tie, Club Play-off to be over 18 holes on original handicap

 If qualifier is unable to attend Final, to be held at 13th Beach Golf Links on Monday 19 November 2012,  next in line to qualify may take her place until club is represented

Winner: Best Nett (Countback will decide tie at final)

The SW Committee has ruled that two qualifying rounds weekend /midweek may be scheduled if clubs desire
