2009 sees Mandy continue her "winning ways"
Not only did she win the Lonsdale Open event but also the East Geelong Open and Anglesea Open. Combine these with our own Torquay Open (both scratch and nett) and we have a formidable record.
It must also be noted that Mandy won our Torquay Championship for the 17th time this year.
What a great list of achievements! Can anyone in the district  beat this?
Helen Bloink, Lady Captain Torquay Golf Club.

14 February Queens Park ladies have scored again, another hole in one, this time for Raylene Anderson at the 3rd on Saturday 14th Feb. I was in the group in front and we were watching the shot which looked like it had gone into the hole; as there was not a sound from the players at the tee, we just walked on. However when the ladies reached the green the ball was in the hole and we could sure hear them!  Thanks to Sue McLean
