Colac had great wins at Portland
/ Heywood last week in the WGV Spring Tournament. There was a field
of 240 players- Colac member Mary Green won the D Grade Nett
at Portland on Tuesday.
Mav Turner won both the Gross &
Nett Competitions both days. Tuesday at Heywood 95 24 71, Wednesday
at Portland 99 24 75. Mav was runner up for the Vi Teasdale Trophy
36 hole nett competition on a countback from local Portland lady Deb
Driscoll.
Colac ladies won 6 raffle
players as well so the 16 players had a fantastic time and really
let everyone know that the SWDLGA players were there.
